Refund policy
If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the 14 days are counted from the arrival of the item. The item has to be in an "as good as new" condition for us to process a full refund.
Ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged safely and contains all cables, stickers, seals and documentation that were included when you received it. If anything is missing we might impose a 10% fee on the return.
If the the product is not faulty, the customer is encouraged to cover the return shipping fee. When you have a technical issue related to the product and our tech support team is unable to resolve it - we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
