Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the 14 days are counted from the arrival of the item. The item has to be in an "as good as new" condition for us to process a full refund. 

Ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged safely and contains all cables, stickers, seals and documentation that were included when you received it. If failing to comply we might impose a 10% fee on the return.

The customer will have to cover the return shipping fee, unless the product is not functioning properly - in this case we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
